  1. Police are investigating a shooting near Whataburger in Dallas that happened early Sunday morning. A bystander is reported to have been the only person injured and was taken to Parkland Hospital in a private vehicle. Security guards apprehended the suspect just a few miles away, and the individual was taken into custody by police. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
