Sony has announced 23 new PS Plus Upcoming games on PS Plus Extra And PS Plus Premium Level it with all three PS Plus essential Titles already available include Hot Wheels Unleashed (PS5, PS4), Injustice 2 (PS4), and SuperHot (PS4). That’s a total of 23 games across two tiers, which shouldn’t be sniffed at – although we suspect PS Plus Premium subscribers are feeling short-changed, considering there’s no PS1, PS2, or PSP. The classics are no more. However, all games will be available for download – or, in fact, stream If you subscribe to the highest level – from Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
It should be noted that Assassin’s Creed History: India, Assassin’s Creed History: Russia, and Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will only be playable on PS4. The latter has some performance issues, particularly in PS5 backwards compatibility, although Ubisoft has indicated that it is working to fix them.
Regardless, overall, we’d argue this is a pretty strong month for PS Plus Extra, although as mentioned above, it’s a bit of a letdown for PS Plus Premium members. In terms of highlights, we reckon Dragon Quest XI S is absolutely essential if you’re a fan of JRPGs: “Dragon Quest XI S has only served to reinforce our opinion that it’s the best Japanese game ever. is one of the RPGs,” we beamed. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, now running at 60fps with PS5 backwards compatibility, is another title we highly recommend: “With a gameplay loop that never stops giving, Ubisoft’s recreation of ancient Greece is a fantastic The achievement is, and in some ways, a step forward for a true open world game design,” we said in our 8/10 review.
While not everyone loved it, we also had high praise for The Medium when it finally released on PS5: “The Medium is undeniably a fantastic horror game,” we wrote in our 8/10 review. “For fans of the genre, this game gets an easy recommendation.” And while PS Plus Premium may be criticized, you really can’t go wrong with any of the Yakuza games.
