BATON ROUGE, La. – Louisiana’s 13 riverboat, 4 racinos and Harrah’s saw their winnings increase by 21.8% in October.
The gambling houses won $194.7 million compared to $152.3 million in October 2020, according to figures released by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.
In the Shreveport-Bossier City market, Margaritaville saw a 28.5% increase and Harrah’s Louisiana Down winnings increased by 20%.
Sam’s Town and Horseshoe showed a decrease in winnings 15.1% and 8.6% respectively.
