There’s a great Black Friday deal available if you’re looking to buy FIFA 22 over the next few days.
Retailer Very currently has a Black Friday deal on FIFA 22, with the Xbox One and PS4 version of the game available for just £37.99.
And if you’re looking for a Black Friday deal for the next-gen version of FIFA 22, on PS5, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, Very has that version available for just £48.99.
FIFA 22 was released worldwide on Friday, October 1, 2021, with the game available now on all platforms including Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Stadia and PC, in what is the latest game within EA’s popular FIFA video game franchise.
EA Sports has said that FIFA 22 is the very first next-gen FIFA game. The inclusion of HyperMotion technology, which implements 11v11 motion capture and uses a proprietary machine-learning algorithm, will lead to more fluidity and realism within the gameplay, more accurately simulating real-life football.
But unfortunately, the HyperMotion feature is only available on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X versions of FIFA 22, with the Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC versions of the game not getting any of these new features, so be aware of this if you are purchasing the game.
And if you buy the Standard Edition of FIFA 22 on PS4 or Xbox One, you won’t be able to upgrade to the next-gen version of the game for free, as it doesn’t come with Dual Entitlement.
So, if you have a PS4 or Xbox One console and are thinking of upgrading to a PS5 or Xbox Series S/X over the next few months, it could be worth spending a bit extra on the next-gen version of the game, as that edition of the game comes with the PS4 and Xbox One version included, as well as the next-gen version.
