The Potawatomi Fire continue their five-game homestand this weekend with a pair of games on Friday and Sunday at the Firelake Arena.
The Fire entertains the Little Rock Lightning at 7 p.m. Friday and is at home with the Enid Outlaws for a 3 p.m. tipoff on Sunday in The Basketball League.
The Fire opened the second half of TBL season last weekend with victories over the Rockwall 7’ers on Friday and Sugar Land Imperials on Saturday to improve to 11-3 on the season.
Sunday’s game will be Pink Out Day, celebrating women leaders, cancer fighters and survivors. All ladies receive free entry to the game. A special program, with guest speakers, will take place prior to the game at 1:30 p.m.
Deshawn Munson leads the Fire in scoring (25.0), assists (8.1) and steals (2.3) to go along with a 9.3 rebounding average. He is fourth in TBL in scoring, second in assists and fifth in steals.
Munson also owns five triple-doubles on the season.
Also averaging in double figures for the Fire this season are Mustapha Traore (18.1), Deon Lyle (14.3), Anthony Allen (12.1) and Tevin Foster (12.1).
Allen is the team’s top rebounder at 9.8.
