What does this mean? Well, the game starts at 6:00 GMT on 23th. The release date of the unlock is 12 am ET, and 12 am PT depending on the location of the unlock. The same goes for different countries around the world, so if you play for PlayStation, Xbox or Steam, Saints will unlock and become available at midnight your local time.
