Gungrave G.O.R.E Will Release Day One On Xbox Game Pass

Developer Studio Iggymob and publisher Prime Matter have officially announced that their upcoming TPS action game, Gungrave G.O.R.E, will be available on day one with Xbox Game Pass when it launches on November 22nd.

Business Development Manager at Studio Iggymob, Bobby Jung Woo-Park, went on Xbox Wire to announce that Gungrave G.O.R.E will launch on Game Pass for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, starting from its initial release, on November 22nd. The official post also claims that more details on the gameplay will be provided during the Tokyo Game Show 2022, which kicks off on September 15th. “It has been more than two decades since the original Gungrave was released on consoles, and now we’re back today with a chance to showcase what Gungrave G.O.R.E can look like on Xbox as well. That’s why we’re delighted to announce today that players on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S will be able to play the legendary antihero badass gunslinger in Gungrave G.O.R.E on day one with Xbox Game Pass (Console, PC, Cloud). ” reads the official announcement.

Gungrave G.O.R.E is an action-adventure game that aims to blend Eastern and Western game design with gory combat, featuring close-range martial arts. The game follows the emotional story of GunSlinger, who strives to be the most vicious anti-hero in the game’s dark fantasy world. According to the developer team, they were inspired by real-world while creating in-game locations, offering a futuristic twist in South-East Asia. Gungrave G.O.R.E will have at least 12 hours of gameplay on its first walkthrough, introducing an immersive story of vengeance and loyalty.

Developed by South Korean studio Iggymob, Gungrave G.O.R.E will release for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC, via Steam on November 22nd. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to experience the game on day one. In other Xbox news, Microsoft has launched a new software update for Xbox Series X|S, bringing a new part chat option to the next-gen consoles.
