Ubisoft has officially unveiled Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the next instalment in the publisher’s tentpole series. It’s set 20 years before Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, starring Basim as he’s roped into joining the Hidden Ones.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any gameplay to go off yet — just a CG trailer. There’s no nailed-down release date either — 2023 is all we’ve got. Not a hugely informative showing, then.
We do know, however, that it’ll be a lower priced title. The digital version is currently up for pre-order at $49.99 / £44.99. This suggests that it’s a smaller project in scope, just as the recent leaks suggested.
