Another new Xbox Series X/S controller design has seemingly leaked, just days after the last one was confirmed.
Twitter user Espía de Ofertas spotted the ‘Lunar Shift’ controller on Amazon, noting that he wasn’t aware that it existed.
“I think I just found an Xbox controller on Amazon that Microsoft hasn’t announced yet,” he tweeted. “Correct me if I’m wrong.”
The controller appears to have a silver effect, which the packaging describes as a “surreal shimmer”.
If the images are legit, the controller will “change colour with light and motion”, and has a “unique colour swirl design” in its textured grips.
The alleged discovery comes just days after another Xbox controller was discovered.
A ‘Mineral Camo’ Xbox controller was listed by retailer Microplay, sporting a blue camouflage design.
Microsoft then officially confirmed the controller the following day, noting that it was available for purchase right away.
“The Mineral Camo controller features a bold mineral blue, bright purple, aqua, and dark purple camouflage pattern,” according to Microsoft.
“This colour design sets it apart from the others in the Camo collection as its ocean tones, inspired by geode crystals, finds the perfect balance between striking and subdued.”
Xbox Series X/S launched in November 2020 alongside three controller colours: Carbon Black, Robot White and Shock Blue.
A number of additional controller colours have been released since including Pulse Red, Electric Volt, Daystrike Camo, Aqua Shift Special Edition, Deep Pink and Xbox 20th Anniversary Special Edition.
Microsoft launched a white version of the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller last week.
