Sony usually spreads these out over a generation, but we end up with a lot of choices in colors. Release Date: 12 November 2020 🇺🇸 / 19 November 2020 🇬🇧
This is the standard DualSense color scheme, and will be the one that comes with your shiny new PS5 console. It matches the white and black design of the machine, and if you ask us, it’s pretty cool. Just don’t use it when you’re eating Doritos.

midnight black
Release Date: 11 June 2021 🇺🇸 / 18 June 2021 🇬🇧
The design PS5 users have been waiting for, Midnight Black is a solid black DualSense controller. Many have become accustomed to all-black PlayStation pads over the years, so this is a great option if you like your controllers uniform.

cosmic red
Release Date: 11 June 2021 🇺🇸 / 18 June 2021 🇬🇧
Cosmic Red is a bright color scheme that gives the DualSense PS5 controller a little pizazz. Replacing the default white with a bright red, it’s a fun option for those looking for a more colorful controller.

Nova Pink
Release Date: 14 January 2022
Taking things a step beyond red, Nova Pink lightens things up. It is a gorgeous color that leans towards the hot pink side of the spectrum.

Starlight Blue

A blue controller is usually a popular choice, so it makes sense for Sony to offer a blue DualSense. It’s on the lighter side, offsetting the black section of the pad nicely.

Galactic purple

Galactic Purple is a lovely deep color for your DualSense controller. If you’re not into red but still want something more vibrant than black or white, here’s your winner.
The Galactic Purple controller can be particularly hard to come by due to the fact that it is exclusive to certain retailers.

Gray camouflage
Release Date: October 14, 2022 (PS Store Exclusive) / October 28, 2022 (All Retail)
