Apex Legends Has Hit A Huge Milestone With 100 Million Players

Respawn has announced that battle royale title Apex Legends has eclipsed the 100 million player milestone.

The game launched in February 2019 and amassed 50 million players in just one month, and has been growing steadily ever since. Respawn has kept the game updated over the past two years with new content and patches, which doesn’t look set to stop anytime soon.

In addition to confirming the new milestone, the developer also teased something for Apex Legends on April 19, although right now we have no idea what this might be.

Apex Legends is now available for PS4, PC and Xbox One. Looking ahead, Respawn has announced that Apex Legends Season 9 will feature a bunch of Titanfall-related content, which should please fans of the mech franchise seeing as how we haven’t seen a new entry in that series for a few years now.
