Being a Loser Is the Optimal Way to Level Up Fall Guys’ Battle Pass

Fall Guys recently went free-to-play, and while this meant a massive influx of new players, it appears there might have been some unintended issues with the game’s new Battle Pass model.

In Fall Guys, you are awarded a currency called Fame for completing challenges, be they Daily or Weekly. Daily challenges award 300 Fame, and Weekly 1000. Fame is also awarded for just playing the game, but strangely, the more rounds you play, the less Fame you earn.

As highlighted by Redditor pass_my_cocoa, it appears that the most optimal way to earn Fame outside of Daily and Weekly challenges is to intentionally lose in the first round, net yourself 24 Fame, and repeat the process.

Of course, this is hardly the most fun way to earn Fame, and you could, you know, enjoy the game for what it is.

But if one thing in this world is certain, it’s that gamers love to optimise their rewards. It seems like developer Mediatonic needs to make some changes to the current reward structure, an issue we outlined in our review.

Are you a rube, playing Fall Guys for fun and not maximising those Fame gains? Let us know how that’s working out for you in the comments section below.
