If you’ve played a bit of Overcooked and decided that the menu options aren’t exotic enough for you, then Cannibal Cuisine is sure to be what you need — hell, it even has combat and magic. It’s a party game for up to four players and features co-op and versus modes either online or through local play. The game comes from developer Rocket Vulture and puts you in the shoes of an adorable cannibal tribesman who must cook up visiting tourists, fight their way through platforming levels, and take down the evil god Hoochooboo.
You’ll be able to pick from a range of different voodoo powers to help you and your friends with your mission, including fire breathing and stomps that stun your enemies. Of course, it wouldn’t be a party game without some wacky ways to adorn your heroic tribesman, so expect a multitude of costumes.
Alongside the game’s release on consoles, The Curse of the Scarab King expansion will also be added to the game for free. It adds five new levels, a new Challenge level, Mummies, extra items, and new gameplay mechanics.
Cannibal Cuisine launches on January 25th for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and Windows PC. We’ve already picked up the achievement list which contains 17 achievements.
Will you be grabbing some friends to cook up some man-flesh, potatoes, and greens (even cannibals need their five-a-day)? Let us know down below!
