The Closed Beta for Chivalry 2 that players can get access to by preordering the game has been extended until Tuesday April 27, 2021 at 10:30 AM ET due to technical issues Xbox players are having trying to access the beta. Currently, many Xbox players are unable to play the game entirely, which has prompted developer Torn Banner Studios to extend the beta.
According to the Chivalry 2 Twitter account, fixes are likely coming soon, but in the meantime, Xbox players will have to be patient as the developers iron out the beta’s wrinkles. We’ll make sure to keep this article updated with the latest news about the status of the beta from Torn Banner.
Chivalry 2 is available to preorder now on Xbox and PC for $40, and the full game launches on June 8, 2021. If you’re interested in playing the game early, preordering it now is a good idea since you’ll get access to the extended Closed Beta. I recommend checking the game out if you like these types of games, as it’s a ton of fun (check out my Chivalry 2 preview for more on why). Don’t get distracted by the iMac’s looks — the real story is the price
Apple announced its refreshed iMac 24 this week, and while everyone is focusing on the awkward chin and odd color palette, it’s the price that I find the most interesting. There aren’t many all-in-one Windows PCs out there, and they certainly don’t compete at that price point, processor, and 4.5K display. That’s the real story.
