‘COD 2021’ might also release for PS4 and Xbox One!

The latest leak from a trusted source claims that old consoles such as PS4 and Xbox One will also receive Activision’s upcoming COD 2021.

As per the report, COD 2021 will reportedly launch for last-gen consoles as well. That’s also the reason why its release is becoming slightly elongated.

At the moment, there’s no word regarding the arrival date.

‘COD 2021’ early details

Trusted insider Tom Henderson recently shared that the next Call of Duty entry might arrive in two versions on his Twitter account.

As you can see from the tweet above, Henderson claims that COD 2021 will also make its way on PS4 and Xbox One.

It implies that players who still don’t have the latest platforms won’t have to worry about trying out the upcoming game.

In simple words, they can feel relaxed.

The title will also launch for the next-gen consoles like PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

However, Tom didn’t specify the major difference between the two versions for current and old platforms.

Speaking of previous leaks, then, a few months back, he claimed that COD 2021 would feature a return to the WW2 period; he saw this timeline in 2017’s Sledgehammer game.

Also, the rumored final subtitle, for now, is “Vanguard.”

For those who aren’t aware of Henderson, he’s also known as a trusted source for Battlefield entries.

Apart from this, another exciting news is that Activision is currently targeting cross-gen gameplay for next year.
