Colorado’s Bobby Lashley’s WWE 2K22 rating revealed – The Denver Post

Bobby Lashley had a dominant run in the WWE last year and now his digital counterpart is getting rewarded for it.

The Parker resident received a 91 overall rating for the upcoming WWE 2K22 video game, the game maker revealed via Twitter on Monday.

The rating is a vast improvement over the 86 he received in the previous edition, WWE 2K20.

The 6-foot-2, 245-pound Lashley, 45, had his biggest year for the pro-wrestling promotion in 2021. He won the WWE championship, the company’s premier title, for the first time in his career after flattening The Miz on the March 1 episode of “Raw.”

“It is surreal, man. It is probably one of the greatest moments in my athletic career,” he told The Denver Post in a phone interview in March.

He held the title 196 days before losing it to Big E, who cashed in his Money in the Bank contract for a title shot on the Sept. 13 episode of “Raw.” Currently, Lashley is in a feud with WWE champion Brock Lesnar and the two are slated to face off for the title on Saturday at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in St. Louis, Mo. As a featured performer on “Raw,” it’s likely he’ll make an appearance back in Denver on Feb. 7 when the show comes to Ball Arena.

WWE 2K22 is slated for a March 11 release date for the PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
