Cris Tales has unsurprisingly been getting a lot of attention over the last couple of years, styled as a ‘love letter to JRPGs’ while incorporating its own modern ideas. After a delay it was recently promised for July, and today that was pinned down to 20th July with a price of £34.99/€39.99/$39.99USD.
In good news you’ll be able to try it out before you buy, with a demo rolling out now on the Switch eShop. As well as lovely visuals, this one makes a big deal of its time bending mechanic as you manipulate time during battles to weaken enemies, as one example.
