Prior to passing away in 2013, voice actor Kenji Utsumi (Raoh in Fist of the North Star, Senbei Norimaki in Dr. Slump, Alex Louis Armstrong in Fullmetal Alchemist) had a long and prolific career, and now three additional voice actors have been announced for Sono Koe no Anata e (“To You of That Voice”), a documentary film celebrating Utsumi’s life.
