Curiosity killed the cat in Inspector Waffles on Xbox

Previously available on PlayStation, Switch and PC, it’s time for Xbox players to report for duty in Inspector Waffles.

Created by Hitcents and Goloso Games, Inspector Waffles finally arrives on Microsoft’s box of tricks to allow Xbox players the chance to join Inspector Waffles as a ton of cases start to go down. You see, it’s here where Waffles travels back to the city of his dreams to track clues, interrogate suspects and unravel the mystery behind the murder of a high profile CEO. It’ll be up to you to join Waffles and help a cat out.

Priced at £10.74, Inspector Waffles is an old-school detective tale which takes the best bits form the classics before wrapping it all up in a brilliant feline detective story. With a world full of intriguing characters, pixel-animal fun, a soundtrack to die for and tons of humour – mostly cat and dog related, if we’re honest – if you’re in the market for a fun detective thriller, you could probably do much worse.

The key features of this puuurfect treat include:

  • * A brilliant feline detective in a world full of anthropomorphic cats, dogs, and maybe other species. It’s pixel-animal madness, I tell ya.
  • * A beautiful jazzy soundtrack, full of notes and music and harmony pleasing to your ears and brain.
  • * Chock full of dry humor and puns about cats and dogs. Seriously, I couldn’t think of any more puns to include. The pun supply is exhausted.

Fancy helping Inspector Waffles out? You’ll find his adventures present and correct on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S from the Xbox Store
