The upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 expansion, Phantom Liberty, will feature actress and model Sasha Grey as a radio DJ. Grey revealed the news on her social media confirming that she’ll be lending her voice to the role of Ash, a radio DJ on the in-game station 89.7 Growl FM.
Sasha Grey (real name Marina Ann Hantz) got her career started in the adult entertainment world before moving to various professions such as an actress, model, writer and musician. Grey currently streams on Twitch. She will be teaming up with CD Projekt Red on Cyberpunk 2077‘s previously announced expansion, Phantom Liberty, as a radio DJ for the in-game station, though it’s unknown if her likeliness will also be used for the character’s in-game model.

Phantom Liberty was officially announced in September as the first and only expansion to CD Projekt Red’s open-world RPG Cyberpunk 2077. The studio describes it as “a spy-thriller expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 set in an all new district of Night City.” No release date was given for the expansion, but we know that it will be coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC only, skipping over PS4 and Xbox One.
In related news, Cyberpunk 2077 saw a massive resurgence in popularity lately thanks to the release of Netflix’s acclaimed anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners as well as patch 1.6 which brought a number of long-requested features including transmog and the ability to change V’s appearance in-game whenever players want.
After Google announced that it would be unceremoniously closing the doors on Stadia, CD Projekt Red were the first to implement a method in which players could transfer their Stadia save data over to other platforms.
Additionally, CD Projekt Red has it’s hands full for the next few years as it announced a new Witcher trilogy alongside a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077.
Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty expansion will release in 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
