Dragon Quest X Offline hits Japan in February 2022

While we’re still waiting on any news regarding a western release of Dragon Quest X Offline, a simplified take on the long-running unlocalized MMO, Japan has gotten some updates as part of Square Enix’s Tokyo Game Show weekend.

For starters we have a release date – February 26th, 2022. It will release for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC.

That’s not all, though. Alongside the announcement we have a new trailer that spotlights a few members of the cast that’ll join your party. Give it a watch:

Here’s hoping a localization is announced sooner rather than later so western fans can finally experience this missing link in the series.

Whether it’s an exciting new entry in a series long established or a weird experiment meant only for the dedicated, Tom is eager to report on it. Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
