EA seems to be teasing a reveal of its next Need for Speed game. Recent rumours suggest it’s called Unbound and that it’s set to launch on Xbox Series X|S in December.
A recent report from Tom Henderson on InsiderGaming last week suggested that the reveal of Need for Speed Unbound would appear sometime in the next “two weeks,” and now EA looks to be teasing the rumoured reveal. According to the report, this next instalment will be released on December 2nd, 2022, for PC and current-gen consoles.
Need for Speed Unbound reveal seems to be imminent
Multiple teases look to have been dropped yesterday, which started with Twitter user @U5ER_141 asking for confirmation on whether the rumoured arcade racing game’s reveal would indeed be coming this week. The tweet received an eye emoji from the official Need for Speed account — an emoji commonly used on the platform to suggest that you know something but can’t say — followed by the Codemasters account replying with: “Announce Need for Sp…. oh.”
To add fuel to the fire, the official EA account posted a slightly more in-your-face tease about the potential reveal, which read: “You think they’re ready, @needforspeed?” As of now, nothing else has been mentioned about the rumoured reveal, but it would seem we could be close to seeing it.
