The release date for when NHL 23 early access will come out is just over a week away, and fans will be able to sample an EA Play 10-hour trial before committing to a purchase.
EA has launched two of their biggest annual sports properties with FIFA and Madden, and now their yearly ice hockey release is on the cusp, too. Player ratings have been revealed, and Conor McDavid is the fastest centre for men, meanwhile Mari-Phillip Poulin has the highest overall of any woman in the game.
The game looks fantastic as always, and soon all of us will be able to hit the ice ring in both demo and full format.
When does NHL 23 come out?
The release date for when NHL 23 will come out is October 14th with early access launching three days prior on October 11th.
All of the above dates come courtesy of EA’s official Community Roadmap. EA has obliged by this roadmap so far by revealing a gameplay trailer in August followed by deep dives for presentation and game modes in September.
For October, they will provide a HUT Live Content overview before releasing the game into the world.
