The Elder Scrolls Online released in 2014 and since then it’s been made available on nearly every gaming platform, with even more being added next month. Unfortunately absent are any of Nintendo’s consoles and, for now, there aren’t any plans for that to change. With that in mind, one modder decided to find a workaround and managed to play Elder Scrolls Online on the Switch.
With the release of the Blackwood expansion close at hand, there will be even more content for players to enjoy within the acclaimed MMORPG. This will put the tally at five full expansions, as well as over a dozen pieces of DLC, since its release. Wanting to enjoy this content on their Switch, one modder decided to bring the game to the console using Xbox remote play. They posted the results of their endeavor on Reddit, along with short step-by-step instructions on how it was done.
