Espo Launches Platform for Esports Fans to Engage With Teams

In August, we first talked about Espo, an upcoming fan engagement platform. In February, Espo launched their esports platform, offering multiple teams for fans to engage with. Built By Gamers, Team BDS, BOOM Esports, F2K, GODSENT, and Team Queso are all world-class teams and part of Espo’s esports platform. What can fans expect?

Espo’s esports platform is available worldwide, and the goal is to bring fans closer to their favorite teams through exclusive Fan Perks. Who doesn’t want to play on a stream with their favorite pro player or receive VOD reviews of your gameplay from the pros themselves? What better way is there to find improvement in your competitive matches? There is also limited-edition team merch to complete, and that’s always awesome.

If that’s not enough, you can also compete in high-production community tournaments for fabulous prizes. There are 100+ Fan Perks on offer from Espo to their 18,000+ pre-registered users. You can now log in and start redeeming those Fan Perks by sponsoring one of the teams available on Espo. There are three Campaigns now live, and users can access the Fan Perks from Built By Gamers’ Fortnite pros (Calc and Haz), their entire Valorant roster, and BOOM’s Dota 2 Roster.

Don’t worry. There are other Campaigns to come soon. These Fan Perks are also limited in supply and only for a time of 30 days. This should mean there are plenty of new Campaigns and Fan Perks coming for fans on Espo. A 5-tier loyalty program lets Espo users earn loyalty points (EXP) to potential secure opportunities for interactive adn gamified media features. The higher you climb, the greater Fan Perks you can access.

This is honestly a cool, new esports platform from the folks at Espo. We’re curious to see how popular it winds up being and what other teams sign on to be a part of the system. The ability to support your favorite teams is pretty cool for the most ardent of fans. If it means you can potentially play with/learn from huge names in esports, that sounds fantastic.
