UK esports organisation Excel Esports have signed British streamer Leah Alexandra as their latest content creator.
Leah (aka Leahviathan) has a following of 174,000 on Twitch and more than 50,000 on Twitter.
She tweeted out just now that she’s excited to announce she’s joined Excel and is looking forward to working with the organisation.
The video features fellow Excel British content creator/streamer and LEC caster, Caedrel, who joined Excel as a content creator two months ago, and Freeman Williams, Excel Esports talent manager.
They interview Leah as she cosplays as various game characters, including everyone’s favourite League of Legends cupcake, Caitlyn (a character that starred in Netflix’s animated series Arcane with Vi).
Leah is known for being a variety streamer, and her entry into the world of esports will see her and Excel work together on ‘eye-catching content to help build engagement and bridge the gap between esports fans and casual gamers’.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Excel as a content creator. I really resonate with Excel’s Power of Better manifesto. Life is all about self-improvement, learning from your mistakes and taking that knowledge to improve every single day, so I am excited to join a brand that shares these values.”

She has played games such as Valorant, Destiny 2 and Elden Ring on stream.
Leah also took to Twitch to do an announcement stream to announce the news.
Leah ‘Leah’ Alexandra commented: “I’m thrilled to be joining Excel as a content creator and to have the opportunity to create with and learn about esports from such an iconic British team. I’m really looking forward to immersing myself in the role and increasing the awareness of esports within my audience.
“I also really resonate with Excel’s Power of Better manifesto. Life is all about self-improvement, learning from your mistakes and taking that knowledge to improve every single day, so I am excited to join a brand that shares these values.”
Freeman Williams, talent manager at Excel, added: “Leah is an excellent addition to our content creator team, her dynamic style of content creation and her ability to help give us a 24/7 presence will be the key to blurring the line between hardcore esports and the casual gamer.
“We look forward to showcasing a wide range of content, attracting new audiences and becoming the destination for industry-defining entertainment.”
Leah is also an experienced streamer – she launched her Twitch channel in 2014 and Esports News UK once featured her in a list of UK streamers to watch way back in 2016.
