Two new screenshots have been leaked online recently, which are said to be from the Xbox One build of Forza Motorsport, confirming it as a cross-gen title coming to PC and Xbox consoles.
The next big racing project from Xbox Game Studios is obviously Forza Motorsport, a reboot of the franchise that was originally revealed with a brief teaser back in 2020.

Since then, we haven’t heard anything official about Forza Motorsport, but a recent leak suggests that the game will be available on Xbox One as well as PC and Xbox Series X|S, which might sound a little bit disappointing for some of the fans!
Forza Motorsport Screenshots from Xbox One Build Leaked and They Are Legitimate!
Reddit user, Zorpalweapon, recently shared a post containing two work-in-progress images from the Xbox One build of Forza Motorsport. According to the leaker, the game will be a cross-gen title, and it seems like some content creators had already the chance to play it.
Hopefully, the moderator of the r/GamingLeaksAndRumors subreddit confirmed that the images above are coming from a legitimate source. So, yes! You can actually have your first look at the in-game screenshots of FM before the official showcase which is assumed to be on June 12th, when the Microsoft and Bethesda showcase will go live!
Unfortunately, the images don’t reveal much about the game and its iconic features. Also, since these images are from the Xbox One build, they can’t show us the true next-gen visuals of Forza Motorsport for now.
While Forza Motorsport being a cross-gen might sound like a bummer for Xbox fans, Forza Horizon 5 featured incredible graphics despite being a cross-gen title. Also, it’s worth noting that Sony followed the same policy with Gran Turismo 7 as it seems to be the best way to guarantee the highest amount of revenue at the moment for console holders.
Forza Motorsport doesn’t have a release date yet, but it is expected to be launched later this year or earlier in 2023.
