As the VALORANT 2022 season ended recently, the ecosystem needs off-season events to keep the hype fresh. G-Loot and Riot Games revealed an off-season VALORANT event to work on the matter ahead of the 2023 season, as well as creating a huge opportunity for the upcoming talents.
G-Loot VALORANT Clash
Riot Games has announced the VCT 2023 circuit to be different from the previous ones. The partnership system is set to kick off with the start of the 2023 season. Before that, we will have a chance to watch the best EMEA teams compete against each other and also other qualified teams. G-Loot VALORANT Clash will be the first official Valorant tournament before the season starts and all the EMEA teams that will compete in the highest stage of the upcoming season will make their debut.
G-Loot VALORANT Clash is divided into three sections. Firstly, there will be the qualifiers in October and as we get to the end of the month, there will be the Showdown stage. The qualifiers have been divided into three within, EU West, EU East, and Türkiye & MENA. Signups for qualifiers will begin on October 3rd and the qualifiers will take place from October 19 to October 23. The top 8 teams of the qualifiers will move on to the next stage. Besides the qualifiers, the top teams from the G-Loot Brawl will also get a chance. Top 4 teams from the G-Loot Brawl, which allows teams to qualify based on their in-game stats tracked from the G-Loot app. Qualified teams and Brawl teams will face off in the Monthly Showdown that will take place from October 28 to October 30.
The Grand Final Stage
Lastly, there will be the grand final stage in which 16 teams will compete against each other to win the prize. The Grand Final stage will take place in Stockholm, Sweden from November 25 to November 27 and it will feature a full-on production live with analysts, casters, and commentators. The event features a $50,000 prize pool and also a great opportunity for teams to weigh each other before the season starts. Moreover, teams from the qualifiers will see their level against the best teams in EMEA.

G-Loot is a company that allows individual players to compete against each other and win prizes. It allows players to track their in-game stats and challenge players that are similar to their level. The company had organized esports events before and now they have partnered with Riot Games to take it to the next level.
