It appears that GameStop is going to have a PS5 and Xbox Series X restock in-store on Thanksgiving, November 25.
If you don’t want to wait for Black Friday this year, GameStop is having a large next-gen restock on Thanksgiving evening.
It’s been some time since our last in-store PS5 and Xbox Series X restock at GameStop. Now, it appears that the retailer is attempting to beat the Black Friday rush by offering consoles in-store on Thanksgiving instead.

GameStop will be offering a new in-store PS5 and Xbox Series X restock this Thanksgiving, November 25, according to new reports!
Those gamers who are still looking for an upgrade to the PS5 or Xbox Series X need look no further than GameStop on November 25. The company appears to be offering an in-store restock on Thanksgiving evening, with bundles on sale for both devices.
Currently, rumor has it that the GameStop drop will take place between 5-8 PM ET (potentially 5-8 PM local time) on November 25.
This news was first reported by LordOfRestocks on Twitter, and later confirmed by Jake Randall in a new video upload. As of right now, GameStop is yet to officially announce the event, but we trust the information provided to us.

Both restock trackers report that the PS5 and Xbox Series X drops will come in bundle-form, with around 3 games included and potentially other accessories too.
As such, expect the restock to be pricier than you might hope (~$740 estimated). Due to the timing of the drop falling on Thanksgiving evening, it’s also possible that we won’t see thousands of gamers queueing up this time.
But we’d still get there a few hours early if you’re desperate to nab a current-gen console. There should be plenty of stock too, seeing as GameStop has been hoarding PS5 and Xbox Series X stock for some time now.
