Gaming company MY.GAMES has bought for 62 million dollars

VK, the largest Russian technology firm, announced the sale of the DMGAMES gaming holding for 642 million dollars to Alexander Chachava, managing partner of LETA Capital.

The multi-stage procedure for the selection of a buyer for the gaming business was completed today, September 27th. The sale contains all MY.GAMES assets, including studios and game products. Vladimir Nikolsky, MY.GAMES co-founder, left VK, and joined MY.GAMES to continue his development.

VK plans to have its own gaming systems managed under the name of the Russian gaming platform VK Play, which brings together a game catalog, cloud gaming, the VK Play Live streaming platform, a tournament platform and news media.

Vasily Maguryan, who has been in charge of VK games for over 8 years, will become the head of VK.
