Cult-classic Greedfall is getting a Gold Edition release with its DLC as Greedfall Gold Edition. And while publisher Focus Home Interactive does not have an India distributor, that doesn’t mean you won’t be able to buy the game on disc at retail in the country. Mumbai-based specialist retailer Mcube Games has the PS5 version of Greedfall Gold Edition available for pre-order right now. The Greedfall Gold Edition PS5 India price is Rs. 3,499 with a July 7 release date. You can pre-order it on Mcube’s site. IGN India has confirmed with the store that this is the region 2 version of the game.

Publisher Focus Home Interactive also claims that the PS5 version also has “4K resolution, highly improved visuals, fast loading, and 60fps in performance mode”.
The Steam version of Greedfall Gold Edition is Rs. 1,599 (discounted to Rs. 799 for the duration of the ongoing Steam Summer Sale), so that may just be the most prudent way of experiencing the game if you have competent hardware. If you were looking for a physical copy of Greedfall, this is probably the least pain-free way to get it.
Though we wonder how much sense it would make considering developer Spiders took the path of least resistance and forces you to go online to download content for a disc release according to tests conducted by preservationist group DoesItPlay.
