The cult RPG hit GreedFall has now been optimised for Xbox Series X|S. Along with that, The De Vespe Conspiracy DLC is also available to purchase either separately or bundled into the new Gold Edition.
Next-gen players will be able to take advantage of up to 4K visuals, fast loading, and 60fps in performance mode. Saves from the Xbox One version will also carry on over to the upgraded game.
Focus Home Interactive has reiterated that Xbox Game Pass members will also be able to take advantage of the free upgrade – something PlayStation users have not been privileged to benefit from with the PlayStation Plus version of the game, as highlighted earlier this week by our sister site Push Square.
The Gold Edition, which comes bundled with the new expansion, retails for £34.99/$39.99 on the Microsoft Store. Alternatively, The De Vespe Conspiracy can be picked up separately for £5.79/$6.99. It’s said to bring a new region known as Teer Fradee, and also adds new enemies and gear to unlock in a new narrative driven adventure. So, if you’re looking for a new RPG to jump into on your next-gen console, GreedFall may be your best bet.
