Halo Infinite’s release date has officially been announced and launching right alongside it to commemorate Halo’s 20th anniversary, is a stunning new Halo Infinite Limited Edition Xbox Series X console and a new Halo-themed Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2.
Pre-orders for the new Halo edition Xbox Series X console are starting to go live and selling like hot cakes. In the UK, the standalone console sold out almost immediately at Game. The retailer’s bundles floated around a little longer but these appear to be out of stock for now too. The Halo Infinite controller is however, still currently in stock and available to pre-order. The console also dropped on the Microsoft Store last night and as expected, sold out super quick.
Not all retailers have gone live yet so we’ll be keeping this page updated with all the latest stock info, and we’ll be highlighting the bundles offering the best value for money. If you’re not fussed on a limited edition console, you might like to check out our stock alert page for standard Xbox Series X/ S consoles. We also keep an eye on the best Xbox deals right here.
The Halo-themed limited edition console includes a custom console design imprinted with stars, as seen from the surface of Zeta Halo. It also has a blue vent inspired by Cortana.
The Halo Infinite Limited Edition Xbox Series X console is coming out on 15th November 2021 in the lead up to the launch of the Halo Infinite game, which is due out on 8th December 2021. The console comes with a digital download of the game to redeem on day one of the game’s release (it will also be available on Xbox Game Pass). The download code will be distributed by Microsoft on 8th December, so you won’t be able to play the game early. You can find out where you can pre-order the new console in the list below.
