The fact that Hollow Knight fans were pleased with the release of the game’s reveal and release platforms earlier this year came with even better news this week with more consoles confirmed for the game’s release plans. As well as the official launch of the Xbox and PC, and the Xbox Switch, recently announced, the two games will also be coming to the PlayStation 4. This new announcement didn’t have a release date yet, so we still don’t know when the game will be officially released.
Sony simply confirmed the game’s PlayStation release by the official social accounts. To be true, a release date would have sweetened the deal, but the PlayStation release itself is at least a nice reveal for those who would have preferred to play it on those platforms.

We know at least that the new game from Team Cherry will be out in some way next year. In June, which announced that it was in June, Xbox’s showing only the games would be out next year. With this coming summer, I’ll see Hollow Knight: Silksong on a certain date in 2023.
For those who played Hollow Knight and feel excited for Team Cherry return to the series, Silksong offers a new kingdom to players who want to explore, with over 150 new enemies spreading across to lead to the wink’s protagonist. This is a direct sequel to Hollow Knight, which has received very positive reviews by the public in all its titles.
“Hollow Knight: Silksong is the epic sequel to that classic, the award winning action-adventure.” “As the lethal hunter of Hornet, go through all-new lands, explore new powers, battle a vast world of bugs and brooms and discover ancient secrets connected to your own nature and past.”
For Sony fans who haven’t played Hollow Knight yet are interested in the sequel given the acclaim for the first one, Hollow Knight: Voidheart is a PlayStation Plus Premium movie.
Hollow Knight: Silksong is scheduled to be released sometime in 2023 for Xbox One, Xbox X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox 5.1, Nintendo Switch and PC platforms.
