The Xbox team actively promoted the gaming service Xbox Cloud Gaming as part of Gamescom 2022. As far as I’ve known, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can play games on Xbox Cloud Gaming, but in the end there is a game that can be played without subscriptions.
The Xbox One Gamebar was brought to Samsung TVs just by the new Samsung Gaming Hub. The general manager of Xbox 360, Harrison Hoffman showed IGN how Xbox Cloud Gaming is built on a Samsung smart TV without connecting a game console only using a built-in Samsung Gaming Hub app.
