How people are playing Gran Turismo 7 early access right now

Gran Turismo 7 doesn’t come out for another few days but there are some people already playing and enjoying early access.

This is the next big Sony exclusive coming out in 2022 following Horizon Forbidden West. It is a dream game for people who love cars but have no money as it will allow you to experience the thrill of speeding around tracks in gorgeous, powerful, and mega-expensive vehicles.

The graphics are super realistic as are the controls, and some people are behind the wheel right now.

How people are playing Gran Turismo 7 early

One of the ways people are able to play Gran Turismo 7 early access right now is from receiving a physical copy of the game prematurely.

Some copies have been shipped prematurely by Amazon as reported on Twitter by Wario64. There’s also a Reddit post with people surprised that they received the game so early.

Seeing as no one’s supposed to be playing the game until Friday, there are complaints about server issues. Some people claim this is intentional from Sony to stop people from playing.

How to get Gran Turismo 7 early access

The only way to get early access to digital copies of Gran Turismo 7 is by creating a New Zealand profile.

Sony’s exclusive will launch at 00:00 local time on March 4th for all regions. So, if you create a New Zealand profile, you could play the game at 03:00 PT, 06:00 ET, and 11:00 GMT on March 3rd instead.

However, as with Horizon, the New Zealand release time trick isn’t worth it on PlayStation unlike Xbox. All Microsoft players need to do is change their location settings, but on PlayStation it costs more money to buy from the NZ PSN store.

Plus, you’d have to play the game on your NZ profile and it’s ultimately not the worth the hassle and cost of NZ gift cards.
