Xbox hit us with the exciting news yesterday that Marvel’s Avengers is joining Xbox Game Pass this Thursday, September 30, but you’ll need to be prepared for its pretty huge file size of up to 110GB on Xbox.
Fortunately, there’s an unofficial way of pre-installing the game ahead of time, and it involves using the official Xbox app on Android and iOS. Simply load it up, search for the game, and then hit the ‘Download to Console’ button.
When doing this, you should get the appropriate version for your console (Xbox One, Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S) as Marvel’s Avengers supports Smart Delivery. The next-gen version is understandably the largest in terms of file size.
If you’d prefer, Marvel’s Avengers will also be available with Xbox Game Pass for PC on Thursday, and a cloud version will be available too, so you can skip the download and play via the cloud on PC, Android and iOS if you want to.
