Several major retailers are expected to get more PlayStation 5 stock this week, as consoles slowly start to become more readily available.
Getting your hands on a PS5 has been extremely difficult ever since launch back in November.
Demand for the consoles has far outweighed supply, drops have often been late at night, and scalpers have been buying them up in bulk, before selling them on at hugely inflated prices.

But stock refreshes are starting to become a little more regular, and if you are on the ball this week you might have a chance to grab one.
Here are the latest updates for all the major UK retailers.
Amazon
Some stock available
As of Tuesday morning, Amazon UK has some consoles in stock. It is dropping them in batches, which means when you click on the item page it may appear out of stock. Keep refreshing until it updates and you should have a chance of buying one.
Argos
Just sold out
Argos dropped a fresh batch of consoles shortly after 1am last night, but they have now sold out.
There is no word yet on when it will get more, but it is worth noting that Argos’ sales have tended to come late at night.
Tipsters say you have the best chance of completing a purchase if you add the PS5 to your basket through the Argos app, then check out on a computer.
Currys PC World
Stock expected Tuesday 2 March
A number of tipsters are saying Currys is likely to sell some stock today, though it is not guaranteed.
It could go live at any time, so keep checking the website and set up any relevant alerts through social mdia.
Game
Stock expected 2-3 March
Game is also expected to get some more consoles this week. The sale is likely to go live on either Tuesday or Wednesday, with the drop expected to be between 8-10am.
The sale will only be of the more expensive disc edition, not the PS5 Digital.
From previous drops, bundles have been the easiest to come by, and using the “guest checkout” option reportedly gives you a better chance of success.
EE
No stock currently available
EE customers on a pay-as-you-go monthly handset plans can buy a PS5 through the phone company.
“As long as you’re within the first 17 months of your contract and pass credit checks, you’ll be able to buy a PS5 on EE and be incredibly smug about it to your friends,” it says.
The consoles are currently out of stock, but you can register your interest on the EE website.
John Lewis
No stock currently available
John Lewis had some stock two weeks ago, but it quickly sold out.
There is no word on when it will release its next batch.
Smyths
No stock currently available – more expected in March
Smyths had a surprise drop on 19 February, and says on its website that its next will be in March.
There is no word yet on exactly when this could be.
