Xbox Game Pass subscribers can finally play the full first-party game, which first launched over two years ago. In July 2020, Obsidian Entertainment released new survival title Grounded as an Early Access project for both Xbox and PC. Since then, Obsidian has regularly updated Grounded to reach version 1.0. It will take some time to get to that point, but Grounded has officially exited Early Access.
Available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, Obsidian today released the latest update to Grounded, fully launching the game. Since Grounded is a first-party title on Xbox, Game Pass subscribers can now play the game as part of their membership. Also, while Grounded has been playable through Game Pass since his early access launch in 2020, the full release of the game is probably what many subscribers have been waiting for.
Xbox Game Pass subscribers can not only get the full his version of Grounded, but also an all-new game. Moonscars comes from Humble Games and is also on his Game Pass on consoles, PC and cloud. Moonscars is a new 2D action game with soul-like elements. So it has a lot in common with titles like Elden Ring, Dark Souls, Salt and Sacrifice.
Perhaps the best thing about Moonscars coming to Xbox Game Pass today is that it’s another day one release on the platform. Like Grounded, today is the first day Moonscars will be available for purchase and play on all platforms. So Game Pass got a pretty big boost today with two more day one arrivals.
