Microsoft has made up recent rumors about a new Xbox X console. Within the past week a new commercial from Logitech seemed to suggest that the white version of the Xbox Series X could soon be released. And while this idea surprised a number of potential Xbox Series X buyers, Microsoft said that it hasn’t announced that it hasn’t yet plans to release a white model of the hardware.
In a new message sent by IGN, a Microsoft representative was able to break up theories and rumors about the white Xbox One. “The white Xbox One Series X console, which my partner produces, is not in production. We don’t have any plans for our Xbox Series X console to be released white now,” Microsoft said on that matter.
So why did a white Xbox One X console be featured in this advertising? Microsoft isn’t making the console in this color? Well, it looks like the decision’s made directly from Logitech. The Verge told the journalist that it showed a difference in the color of the Xbox Series X to simply show the character that the commercial was used for. This ad in question noted that the white primary color was the best for Logitech; but this doesn’t want the all-black look of the Xbox series X to disrupt that cohesiveness. This company had to change the shape of the Xbox series X in order to match the aesthetics of the commercials.
It’s hardly necessary to believe that we could make a white model of the Xbox X series in future. In Microsoft’s statement, only the white version of the console wasn’t in production “at this time.” As time goes on, it seems as though the game X will end up releasing. If you don’t do that because you’re still trying to buy a white version, maybe that’ll be something we’ll see in time for now.
Would you like to buy a white version of the Xbox Series X in the future? And do you think Microsoft is going to be able to eventually start releasing the console in different colours?
