Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase: Will Starfield gameplay be revealed this summer?
From Horizon Forbidden West to Ghostwire: Tokyo to Elden Ring, there’s been no shortage of entertaining blockbusters to play on PlayStation this year. But as we head into the summer months, things are starting to slow down. This is to be expected as that’s just the normal ebb and flow of the gaming industry.
Looking ahead to May 2022, there doesn’t seem to be that one “must-play” game on the list of upcoming PS5 and PS4 games. Sure, there are some solid-looking titles, but they are niche.
Sniper Elite 5, for example, looks to greatly improve upon the series with the return to third-person and a more expansive offering of weaponry and stealth options. But this is also a very niche game.
Evil Dead: The Game is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game that features both co-op and PvP gameplay. This is an exciting one as it marks the first time the Evil Dead universe has completely come together thanks to an epic collaboration with Renaissance Pictures, STUDIOCANAL and MGM.
Dungeon Defenders: Awakened is a co-op Tower Defense game that blends action RPG combat. Up to four players must take on a never-ending army of orcs, demons and other fantasy monsters to save the world of Etheria. If you’re a fan of co-op mayhem, this is definitely a game that should be on your radar.
