A new game that’s released on the PC with Steam a few days ago is already lighting the top sellerschart ablaze. In general, it’s never too surprising that new titles on Steam become increasingly popular on the market. This is especially shocking since the game in question, which is all that well on Steam, is only accessible early.
With the launch of a new sci-fi game from October 3rd, Small Impact Games and Team17 released Marauders, a new first-person game with looting and co-op elements. Marauders has only got out soon, but it’ll continue to evolve as the weeks and months continue. Even though it hasn’t garnered much attention just yet, it barely cracks Steam’s top 80 most-played games, the early sales suggest it’ll be a good epoch for the next big live-service project on Valve’s platform.
It is also a common theme on Steam’s Top Sellers chart this week, even though it’s not accounting for games that are played by the player. It is currently putting out games like Cyberpunk 2077, Grounded, and Fallout 4 that are the best-selling software on Steam. With the onset of the season moving ahead, the team must become excited about the game’s hot start.
If you like to learn more about Marauders, you can check this game’s official description on Steam below.
“Marauders is a tactical multiplayer shooter set in the 1990s, where The Great War never ended, with a new Industrialisation Act as a crucial reason, and many fled to the stars. A mission called a hammer, the players will bring a lot of energy to play, and carry weapons for the military to try to save all they can and survive. Every match, players will discover troves of loot from daring raids on hulking frigates and embark on a tense touchdown on moving asteroids. We’ll have to watch if we want others to do the same and complete their expedition with a gun.
