Below is the list of games announced for Xbox Games with Gold in Jan. 2022:

For the entirety of January (Jan 1. to Jan 31.), Xbox users will be able to freely download NeuroVoider, an intense, cooperative, twin-stick shooter set in a cyberpunk world.

Between Jan. 16 and Feb. 15, Aground will be available to download for free. This is a retro-style, survival game where you go from exploring ancient lands and hunting dragons to traveling into the vast reaches of space.

Between Jan. 1 and Jan. 15, Xbox users can download Radiant Silvergun for free. This is a classic arcade shoot-em-up from the 1990s that got re-released on the Xbox 360 in 2011 and eventually onto modern Xbox consoles via Xbox Backwards Compatibility.

From January 16-31, Xbox users can download Space Invaders Infinity Gene, a re-imagining of the iconic arcade space shooter, Space Invaders. This game offers over 140 levels to blast enemies in, new power-ups to play with, and stunning new visuals which give the classic Space Invaders aesthetic a modern make-over.
These free games are just one of the many features of being a member of Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
