NHL 22 was patched overnight to add the New York Islanders’ UBS Arena alongside a fix for the Nashville Predators’ Stadium Series uniforms.
If you’re not about the cosmetics, the update also “fixed multiple cases where the puck was accelerating off the boards at unrealistic speeds and angles,” EA advised.
The fixes form NHL 22 patch 1.6, which followed a big roster update following real-life trade deadlines.

NHL 22 is currently available on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5.
