Picross S8 release date was revised for Nintendo Switch

Fans of the Picross S series will know that the new one is going to be released now on Nintendo Switch! Picross S8 is the eighth in Jupiter’s game series of nonogram games for Switch, so it is going to arrive on the console on September 29th. Nintendo released that information and announced a new trailer for the game. It details a number of the things that fans can expect of the game to see. The game includes 300 puzzles for Picross and Mega Picross, 30 Color Picross Puzzles, 150 Piece Picross Puzzles and more.

The full trailer can be found here (attached below).

For the fans of the previous Picross S games on Switch, it’ll be useful to know that the latest game will offer some bonus content for those with save data from earlier titles. From the start, the players will find two large Picross puzzles in the Extra Content section. The players who save data from Picross S4, Picross S5, and Picross S6, then unlock more puzzles. The game is also going to offer multiplayer options and supported the touch screen of the Switch console.

With the trailer, the Picross S8 will be available in limited edition, thus being a somewhat disappointing choice for Switch fans. In the digital age where brands like Xbox and PlayStation offer all digital options, Nintendo moved the attention of the python. One day after Picross S8, the Nintendo Switch owners will be able to buy the first time that original Bayonetta is available in a physical format. The game was first made online, but a physical release is being offered shortly before the release of the Bayonetta game. Perhaps when Picross fans make their voices heard, physical release could happen, like in the event of an update. For now, fans will just have to check out the Picross S8 on September 29th for 9.99. There are pre-orders on hand here.
