Nintendo announced that Pilotwings 64, which was originally launched alongside the Nintendo 64 back in 1996, will soon be rolled out by the Nintendo Switch Online+ Expansion Pack.
The trailer stating that the game’s coming to the site features a seductive voiceover narrative accompanied by a smooth jazz music. If you like a game of a game called Nintendo 64, it can be really convincing.
In Pilotwings 64, you pilot aviation vehicles while on various missions and challenges. This is a sequel to the first pilotwings game, which was made available on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, and which is also on the Nintendo Switch.
To play the graphical games Pilotwings 64 and Nintendo 64 on the Switch, you will need the expansion pack upgrade to the base online membership. This upgraded membership costs $49.99 per year for individual membership and $79.99 for a family plan of up to eight people.
The first Nintendo 64 game from its beginning last year will be the 10th time the game has been added to the expansion pack service of games since it began in 2009. The latest version of the service was added mid-August; new N64 games are added about once a month, but there wasn’t an addition to the new game in September.
Instead of sharing the details in September’s Nintendo Direct presentation, we discovered a few Nintendo 64 titles that’ll be added to the online service in the upcoming months. Pilotwings 64 was one of the titles planned for 2022. The two other games to play for 2022 are Mario and Mario. The games will probably become the games in November and December.
