Two-vehicle crash
LOGANTON — State police at Lamar responded to a two-vehicle crash at Interstate 80 West milemarker 185 in Greene Township.
According to police, the crash occurred on March 25 as Alexander Roque, 20, of Middlesex, N.J., changed lanes in his Toyota Rav4 and left the lane without looking, striking a Mack Truck Anthem being driven by J. Carmen Lopez-Aguiuar, 64, of Mexico City, Mexico.
Both units continued off of the roadway and into the median where they came to a final rest, police said in their report. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Bressler’s Garage and no one was injured as a result of the crash.
Crash with injuries
LAMAR — State police at Lamar responded to a crash with injuries at Interstate 80 milemarker 172 in Porter Township.
According to police, the crash occurred on March 28 as Serrano Rubi, 26, of Granite City, Ill., lost control of his Pontiac Vibe in the snow squall.
The vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. Both Rubi and his passenger, Crystal Pena, 28, also of Granite City, Ill., sustained injuries and were transported from the scene to UPMC Lock Haven and Geisinger Medical Center, police said in their report.

DUI, drug possession
LOCK HAVEN — Brett Peddigree, 25, of Lock Haven was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
State police at Lamar conducted a mere encounter with Peddigree in the parking lot of Walker’s Hardware in the 200 block of Bellefonte Avenue in Lock Haven on March 27.
Upon conducting an investigation, it was found that Peddigree was in possession of a controlled substance and was suspected of driving under the influence in his Chevrolet Colorado, according to police.
A chemical test was conducted at UPMC Lock Haven. Criminal charges are pending, police said.
Physical harassment
RENOVO — A 51-year-old woman and a 52-year-old woman, both of Renovo, were charged with harassment after a physical altercation occurred.
State police at Lamar responded to a report of a physical domestic at Mobile Home Lane in Chapman Township on March 26.
Upon conducting an investigation, it was determined that both parties had been arguing a lot over the past few days but eventually escalated to a physical altercation, police said in their report.
Summary harassment charges were filed through magisterial district justice 25-3-03.
Physical harassment
MILL HALL — Jonathon Curtis, 33, of Linden, was arrested for physical harassment after punching a 38-year-old Mill Hall man.
State police at Lamar responded to Main Street in Mill Hall Borough for a report of an unruly patron on March 27.
At the scene, police found Curtis had pushed and punched the victim in the face.
Curtis was removed from the establishment and was arrested for harassment, police said in their report.
Charges were filed through magisterial district justice 25-3-02.
Two-vehicle crash
REBERSBURG — State police at Rockview responded to a two-vehicle crash at Brush Valley Road in Miles Township.
According to police, the crash occurred as Zell Mills, 26, of Bloomsburg, and Charles Gilbert, 33, of Rebersburg, were traveling eastbound on state Route 192 on March 24.
Gilbert stopped his Chevrolet Express to make a left-hand turn while Mills was following too closely and was unable to bring his Isuzu Box Truck to a stop, police said. Mills proceeded to impact Gilbert’s vehicle at approximately its 5 o’clock position, sustaining moderate damage, police said. He was able to drive away from the scene. Mills vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. He was cited for his role in the crash, police said in their report.
All parties were wearing their seat belts and there were no injuries, according to police. Fire police assisted on the scene.
DUI crash
MILL HALL — State police at Lamar investigated a one-vehicle crash that took place along Nittany Valley Drive in Lamar Township, Clinton County, on March 7.
According to police, the driver of a 2007 Ford F-150 XLT crashed. The driver was observed to be driving under the influence. The crash took place at 7:10 p.m., police said.
Burglary
FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar investigated a burglary that took place along Canal Street in Flemington Borough, Clinton County.
According to police, the theft occurred sometime between March 24 and March 27. Xander Mutchler, 20, of Lock Haven, had several pieces of gaming equipment stolen. The items stolen include a PlayStation 4 Slim, an Xbox One and pair of PlayStation games. The items are valued at $430.
The items were stolen from a private residence along Canal Street. The investigation is ongoing.
Theft
HOWARD — State police at Lamar investigated a case of theft that took place along Washington Avenue in Porter Township, Clinton County, on March 25.
According to police, a 29-year-old Lamar woman sold her laptop on Facebook marketplace. Unfortunately, she received a fake CashApp confirmation. Believing she had been paid for the laptop, she sent it to a fictitious person. The HP laptop was valued at $220. The investigation is ongoing.
DUI
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP — State police at Lamar investigated a case of driving under the influence on March 24 in Pine Creek Township, Clinton County.
According to police, a 2016 Ford F-250 Supercab was pulled off to the side of the road with no hazard lights. William Hannah, 42, of Washington, Pa., was found asleep in the driver’s seat. He was taken in for chemical testing and was found to have a DUI-related suspension. He was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility for charges of DUI and related summary offenses. Judge John Maggs set his bail at $10,000.
Two-vehicle crash
MILL HALL — State police at Lamar investigated a two-vehicle crash that took place along Hogan Boulevard in Bald Eagle Township, Clinton County, on March 26.
According to police, a 2007 Jeep Wrangler struck the rear of a 2018 Tesla Model E. No one was injured in the 1:25 p.m. crash and all vehicles were driven from the scene.
Police did not release the names of those involved in the crash.
