Projekt Z, the upcoming zombie first-person shooter from 314 Arts, has secured a publisher in the shape of Modus Games, the company announced today.
The game is currently pencilled in for release on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S and is without a release date, but nabbing a publisher at least means it’s on the right track.
Shane Bierwith, President of Modus Games, commented:
Projekt Z is much more than your average cooperative shooter, and we are very excited to reveal its depth and uniqueness to fans of the genre. Together with the team at 314 Arts, we are eager to share more in the coming months.

In case you’re out of the loop Projekt Z takes place in World War II and involves a diverse crew of soldiers dispatched to unearth the secrets of Nazi experiments taking place on a remote island. Unsurprisingly, this involves turning the undead into weapons of war to help turn the tide against the Allies.
Each solder has their own set of unique abilities and players are able to build and customise their own hideouts, as well as craft and upgrade an assortment of deadly weapons to battle the zombie hordes with.
Projekt Z has yet to attract a release date and is in the works for PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S.
