E-Games’ VOV The Zone, an esports center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has unveiled LED displays by Daktronics, according to a press release.
The center was created in a partnership between the Electronic Gaming Infrastructure Company and Sami Trading along with Daktronics to create a next-gen e-gaming experience, with Daktronics LED displays installed across walls, wrapping around pillars and featuring in a video wall display for a total of more than 127 square meters of screen space. Daktronics control software allows coordinated content across the space to be alternated with targeted content in different parts of the room.
“The displays bring this place to life with high-intensity content related to gaming and esports, especially the brand of VOV,” Ahmad Dahmash, Daktronics regional director for the Middle East, said in the release. “We’re proud to work with such a great team and local partner in Samir Trading to make this project a reality that impacts people immediately when they walk into The Zone.”
