Are you not entertained? That’s perhaps the question Sony will be posing when it announces July 2021’s PlayStation Now update, which is rumoured to be a star-studded offering. Reddit users spotted an errant Facebook ad – they even screen-recorded the clip, and it certainly looks legit – which reveals Red Dead Redemption 2, Judgment, God of War, Nioh 2, and Moving Out are all poised to join the service next week.
God of War has been included on the streaming service before, but this time it appears to be a permanent addition. Meanwhile, Rockstar’s wild western will be available to download and stream until 1st November, while Judgment will be playable until 4th October. It’s worth noting that this won’t entitle you to the next-gen version of SEGA’s crime saga, as PS Now only supports PS4 games for now. The same is true of Nioh 2.
Nevertheless, this is a huge update if it turns out to be real. There’s also the possibility of other games being quietly added when the service refreshes, as Sony sometimes quietly slips in some lower-profile stuff. Would you be happy with this selection? Let us know in the comments section below.
